Tax Planning & Advisory
While there is no secret tax deduction, a proactive approach to U.S. tax obligations helps clients plan for the future, be cash flow ready, avoid IRS penalties, and generate future wealth.
Our CPA team works with clients to help them identify opportunities for tax deductions, credits, and incentives that can be often overlooked. Our strategies have been proven to be reliable and effective for small businesses.
Carefully planned transactions can save money through gifting strategies, estate planning, income shifting, business structures, personal goodwill valuations, foreign exclusions, and tax loss harvesting to name a few.
An effective tax planning is about foresight and strategy, not evasion. Our goal is to keep your company in legal compliance and lighten the tax burden.

Tax Preparation (Individuals, Businesses, Trusts, & Estates)
Our tax preparation services are mainly for entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals with Mexican foreign affairs.
However, we also work with trust and estate returns, help taxpayers who have fallen behind with their IRS filings, help correct previously filed incorrect returns, and file 1099s for properly documented contractors.
Our team also has multiple COA licensed tax preparers to help foreign investors apply for ITINs to get back excess withholdings or start with U.S. ventures.
Our firm policy is to keep supporting documentation of tax filings for up to five years for any future references, such as IRS examinations.

Bookkeeping, Financial Statements
For companies who prefer not to spend more administrative time running their business, we offer Client Accounting Services (CAS).
For all new engagements, CAS services are done through use of Xero or QBO. Bank accounts are linked to these software providers for monthly classification and reconciliation of transactions.
Our CAS services consist of bookkeeping, reconciling bank accounts, loan accounts, and credit cards, managing a fixed asset subledger, reconciling payroll entries, and general IRS compliance.
Our CAS team also work with project accounting and review client prepared books.

CFO & Accounting Advisory Services
For clients who would like strategic financial advice on their business, our CFO services are meant to help clients through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
This service is for clients who manage their accounting in-house and would like discussions about revenue trends, costs trends, an analysis on cash flows, projection of growth from certain service lines, and general areas of improvement.
Our Accounting Advisory Services are meant as a cover all for clients who need a temporary fill-in of operational accounting; period-end close support, management accounting, cost accounting, and internal reporting.
-
IRS Examinations
Acting as an intermediary between taxpayer and IRS authorities, our tax team facilitates communication and requests from IRS agents for taxpayers facing an IRS Examination.
Our tax team will represent on behalf of the taxpayer during the audit process, take all meetings with the IRS agents, respond to their inquiries, and address concerns raised by the IRS.
Our goal during an IRS Examination is to defend the tax positions taken and work with the IRS towards a resolution to minimize potential tax liabilities.
If necessary, our team will assist with the appeals process, which involves challenging audit findings or decisions.
-
Payroll Compliance (Gusto)
Our team runs payroll through a live payroll provider (such as Gusto) and we recommend your team does as well.
Payroll services are available for clients who are not comfortable with running payroll on their own.
Through use of these providers, we help manage paychecks for both salaried and hourly employees and can integrate employee benefits such as health insurance, ancillary insurance, and retirement contributions.
